Steph graduated from ION (The Institute for Optimum Nutrition) in 2015 with distinction. Since then has gained a lot of clinical experience working 1-to-1 and with groups for various corporate accounts through Nuffield health as well as privately. More recently adding Metabolic Balance to her practise to be able to provide an effective, food only structured program that gives results in a fairly short amount of time although this is usually part of a longer journey for most clients.
